On the afternoon of June 4th, the delegation of the Provincial People's Council, including delegates Le Duc Giang, Provincial Party Committee member and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Hoang Anh Tuan, Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Hau Loc District; and Han Van Hai, Director of the Thanh Hoa Traditional Arts Theater, held a meeting with voters in Hau Loc District before the 20th session of the 18th Provincial People's Council.

At the meeting, on behalf of the Provincial People's Council delegation, delegate Han Van Hai, Director of the Thanh Hoa Traditional Arts Theater, informed the voters about the expected content and program of the 20th session of the 18th Provincial People's Council and reported on the results of addressing the opinions and recommendations of voters in Hau Loc district submitted to the Provincial People's Council sessions and relevant agencies.

Provincial People's Council representative Hoang Anh Tuan informed voters about the planned agenda for the 20th session of the Provincial People's Council and some important issues.
In a democratic and open spirit, voters in Hau Loc district have raised several difficulties and obstacles directly related to their daily lives. Based on this, voters have requested that provincial People's Council representatives convey their concerns to the province and relevant agencies for prompt consideration and resolution.
Regarding the merger of Tuy Loc and Phong Loc communes, voters requested that the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee direct relevant departments and specialized agencies of the district to guide and support people in carrying out procedures for converting documents due to changes in administrative boundaries; consider waiving or reducing fees and charges when people carry out this procedure; and at the same time, have policies on personnel management after the merger.
Voters have requested that the Provincial People's Council promptly issue a resolution to replace Resolution No. 232 dated December 12, 2019, in order to adjust the allocated budget and allowances for part-time officials at the commune and village levels.

Chairman of Hau Loc District People's Committee Nguyen Minh Hoang received and explained some issues within the district's jurisdiction.
Voters in Xuan Loc commune petitioned the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee to provide funding for infrastructure development in model new rural villages; to implement a subsidy system for part-time workers in villages and residential areas; and to support the construction of electricity systems to serve aquaculture production areas so that households can soon adopt industrial farming methods.
Voters in Trieu Loc commune requested that the competent authorities invest in the restoration and preservation of historical and cultural relics within the Ba Trieu Temple historical, cultural, and architectural complex; they also requested that the province promptly develop a plan and clearly define responsibilities for ensuring road and rail traffic safety during the Ba Trieu Temple festival; and that a mechanism be established to provide appropriate financial support to the locality and nearly 400 people participating in serving the festival to organize activities within the festival framework.
We propose continued investment in upgrading the road and embankment along the Len River from the FLC brick factory to Co Doi Temple, part of the Han Son Temple complex, to ensure safe passage for locals and tourists attending festivals and to support flood and storm prevention efforts along the dike.
Voters also requested the early completion of the map and the acceleration of urban investment planning in Trieu Loc so that the commune can have a specific plan for constructing basic infrastructure, land planning projects, and medium-term urban resettlement projects in Trieu Loc with a vision to 2030...
