The 2020-2022 term is the first years of implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party; In the context of the economic situation facing many difficulties and challenges due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the high price of fuel and materials compared to the beginning of the term has directly affected the management field of the industry, especially the professional work of the Department. Under the leadership of the Party Committee of the Department, the Board of Directors, and with the efforts of the Party members in the Party cell, in the past term, the Party Cell of the Department Office has successfully completed the assigned tasks, the implementation of socio-economic development tasks, the issuance of mechanisms, policies and solutions have been implemented in a timely manner and in accordance with the actual situation of the locality, contributing to supporting and promptly resolving difficulties and problems of people, workers, businesses, reforming administrative procedures to stabilize and contribute to promoting socio-economic development of the province. The Department Office Party Cell has well led the implementation of the goals and tasks set forth by the 2nd Party Cell Congress, term 2020-2022, achieving 8/8 tasks.
Closely following the policies, resolutions and directions of the superior Party Committee, the Party Cell regularly does a good job of political and ideological education, political and ideological education propaganda deployed by the Party Cell Committee, and propaganda integrated into Party Cell meetings; thoroughly grasp, deploy and organize the implementation of Resolutions, Directives and Regulations of the Central Committee, of the province, of the superior Party Committee to all Party members and the masses in the Party Cell; promptly consolidate and perfect the Party Cell Committee and Party cells in accordance with the requirements of the tasks; focus on training and fostering the masses to create a source for developing Party members; strengthen the work of inspecting and supervising Party members in complying with the Party Charter and implementing the Party Cell's resolutions; lead the implementation of the professional tasks of the agency well; emulation and reward movements are regularly deployed in the Party Cell seriously and publicly according to the guidance of the Party Committee of the bloc and the Party Committee of the Department; the lives of Party members, civil servants and employees of the agency are increasingly stable and improved; The organization of Party committee and cell activities was strictly implemented to ensure the contents and procedures according to regulations. However, besides the efforts and achievements, in the last term, the activities of the Party cells still had some shortcomings and limitations.
With the spirit of promoting democracy, concentrating intelligence, solidarity and responsibility, the 3rd Congress of the Party Cell of the Department of Construction Office, term 2022-2025 has the following tasks:
Firstly, focus on reviewing, analyzing, and honestly and objectively evaluating the results achieved, limitations and weaknesses, clearly pointing out the causes and lessons learned in implementing the Resolution of the 2nd Party Congress, term 2020-2022. At the same time, clearly identify the directions, goals, tasks, and solutions for implementation in the term 2022-2025.
Second, discuss and contribute opinions to the draft Political Report of the 3rd Congress of the Department of Construction Office Party Cell, term 2022-2025.
Third, wisely select exemplary comrades with sufficient moral qualities, capacity, prestige, and ability to gather and elect to the Party Cell Committee, elect the positions of Party Cell Secretary and Deputy Party Cell Secretary for the 2022-2025 term to lead, direct, and organize the successful implementation of the resolution of the 3rd Party Cell Congress for the 2022-2025 term.
