This is the content of Sub-project 2, Project 9, National Target Program on Socio -Economic Development in Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas in 2024. The conference aims to improve capacity, communication skills, advocacy, and counseling to reduce the situation of early marriage and consanguineous marriage in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in the district.
The conference was attended by nearly 90 legal propagandists from localities in the districts, including: Quang Phu, Dak Nang, Dak Nang, Duc Xuyen, Nam N'Dir, Nam Xuan and Buon Choah.
At the conference, the trainees listened to the speakers present the following topics: Legal regulations related to early marriage and consanguineous marriage; Law on Marriage and Family; Legal regulations on handling violations of the Law on Marriage and Family; skills in approaching, researching the law, drafting oral and written documents and practicing communication, propaganda, advocacy, and legal advice activities, including skills in collecting information, data, assessing the current situation and causes of early marriage and consanguineous marriage; skills in handling situations, experience in propagating to reduce the situation of early marriage and consanguineous marriage.
