On the morning of September 16, the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Provincial Youth Union, and the Vietnam Youth Union of Ha Tinh province jointly organized a training conference to enhance skills in selling OCOP products through digital means for rural youth. The conference aims to provide basic knowledge about operating agricultural product sales on digital platforms for young people and people of Ha Tinh.
