The data was compiled from Agoda searches between August 15th and September 30th, with check-in dates from October to November of this year.

According to Agoda, this increase reflects the positive effect of the relaxed visa policy, making it easier for European tourists to access and explore Vietnam.

It is known that Vietnam's new visa exemption policy for citizens of 12 European countries has been in effect from August 15, 2025 to August 14, 2028 as part of the tourism development stimulus program.

Agoda data shows a particular interest from Eastern European travelers in destinations in Vietnam, with searches from Slovenia increasing by 77%, Poland by 74%, Bulgaria by 72%, Romania by 69%, and Slovakia by 61%.
