Proposal to reward and give travel vouchers to female nurse who saved tourist with cardiac arrest in Da Nang

Accordingly, Ms. Huynh Thi Huong Lan - Deputy Director of the Da Nang City Tourism Promotion Center - sent a document to the Department of Tourism requesting the Department's leaders to award a certificate of merit and gift vouchers, vacations, and travel experiences to nurse Dang Thi Ha, working at the A9 Emergency Center, Bach Mai Hospital.

The content of the proposed reward stated that on March 27, on social networking sites, there was information posted about a female nurse who performed emergency cardiac arrest for an Indian male tourist at Bep Trang restaurant (Son Tra district, Da Nang ), helping the tourist escape from critical condition.

The Tourist Support Center contacted Ms. Dang Thi Ha, working at Bach Mai Hospital, Hanoi , the above female nurse, and learned that the Indian male tourist, after being taken to the hospital by ambulance for treatment, was discharged and returned home one day later.

Considering this is a noble act of saving people in critical condition, especially the rescued tourists who were traveling in Da Nang City, the Tourism Promotion Center proposed that the leaders of the Department of Tourism award a certificate of merit and gift vouchers for vacations and travel experiences in Da Nang to Ms. Ha.

Speaking with Tuoi Tre Online , Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoai An - Deputy Director of Da Nang Department of Tourism - said that she had received the proposal and would soon announce an official decision.
