Major General Vu Trung Kien, Deputy Commander of Law Enforcement of the Vietnam Coast Guard, speaks at the preliminary rehearsal. |
One of the key elements that the Organizing Committee and the program's directing team invested in and carefully selected was the spectacular singing and dancing performances staged and performed by artists from the Army Song and Dance Theatre. These performances featured traditional folk songs praising the land, people, scenery, and culture of both Vietnam and China. With high-quality content, encompassing political, diplomatic, and artistic aspects, along with a harmonious and elaborate combination of the two games, supplementary documentaries, and outstanding singing and dancing performances, the gala night promises to evoke many emotions in the audience, highlighting the program's message of "Joining hands to protect the marine environment." Concluding the rehearsal, Major General Vu Trung Kien, on behalf of the Organizing Committee, commended and highly appreciated the efforts, dedication, and intellectual focus of the directing team, production team, and collaborating units in developing the script and staging the program. At the same time, the Deputy Commander of the Law Enforcement Department of the Vietnam Coast Guard also requested the production team and coordinating agencies to consider reducing the program's duration accordingly, carefully reviewing and selecting commentary and illustrative images in the documentaries and cultural performances, further highlighting the Vietnam Coast Guard as the main subject; and to finalize the script and program content as soon as possible and submit it to the Organizing Committee for review and general rehearsal.
