Receiving the delegation was Mr. Nguyen Trong Tien, Deputy Head of the Management Board of Industrial Parks and Economic Zones of Dong Nai province.

At the destinations, Mr. Tuong Tu Hau, Chairman of the Green and Low Carbon Industry Association of Nghi Hung City, and members of the delegation introduced the industry, operating model, and experience in developing green industry in China, and shared projects that enterprises in the association have invested in Vietnam.

The delegation expressed its desire to cooperate with industrial parks in Dong Nai in many fields such as: solid waste recycling, wastewater treatment, air quality control, equipment development and renewable energy, and technology application in industrial park environmental management.

“Our top goal on this trip is to strengthen cooperation and seek investment opportunities in the field of environmental treatment and protection. We hope to establish a close cooperative relationship, contributing to making Dong Nai become Vietnam’s innovation center in the environmental industry, an environmental “silicon valley”, with a business ecosystem that is competitive enough regionally and globally,” said Mr. Tuong Tu Hau.

Representatives of investment and infrastructure business companies of the 4 industrial parks also informed the delegation about the investment attraction situation, environmental protection projects and technologies being deployed. The units welcomed the association's cooperation orientation and affirmed their readiness to cooperate in environmental projects to improve competitiveness, better meet the requirements of environmental protection and sustainable development.
