The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee visited and presented gifts to veteran revolutionary cadres on the occasion of National Day 29

To commemorate the 78th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2023), on the morning of August 24, Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, visited and presented gifts to veteran revolutionary cadres in Quynh Luu commune, Nho Quan district.

Accompanying them were leaders from the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; leaders from the Provincial People's Committee Office; and leaders from Nho Quan district.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and his delegation visited and presented gifts to veteran revolutionary cadres: Luong Thi Ruoc, born in 1920, residing in Doi Tho village; Vu Duc Que, born in 1928, residing in Xuan Que village; and Nguyen Van Lung, born in 1924, residing in Xanh village.

During his visits, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc cordially inquired about the health of the veteran revolutionary cadres and their families. He expressed his joy at seeing them healthy, mentally alert, and well cared for by their families and local authorities. Respecting the contributions of the veteran revolutionary cadres to the building and protection of the Fatherland, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed: The veteran revolutionary cadres are a valuable asset to the country and a spiritual pillar for today's generations.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee wished the veteran revolutionary cadres good health and longevity, and expressed his hope that they would always be a source of spiritual support and encouragement for their descendants to uphold the revolutionary traditions of their families and hometowns, strive to study, work, and perform well, promote family economic development, build a prosperous and happy life, and actively participate in patriotic emulation movements in the locality. He hoped that the veteran revolutionary cadres would always be shining examples of the will and determination of revolutionaries for today's young generation and generations of descendants to learn from and emulate.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also affirmed that caring for and supporting policy beneficiary families and those who have contributed to the revolution is a fine tradition and moral principle of the Vietnamese nation, and also reflects the sentiment and responsibility of all citizens. Over the years, Ninh Binh province has given special attention to the work of "showing gratitude and repaying kindness," caring for policy beneficiary families and those who have contributed to the revolution through concrete and practical actions.
