Accordingly, heavy rain may cause flash floods and landslides in mountainous areas and along rivers and streams in the following wards and communes: A Luoi 1-5, Phong Dien, Binh Dien, Long Quang, Nam Dong, Khe Tre, Phu Loc, Chan May - Lang Co… During thunderstorms, be wary of tornadoes, lightning, and strong gusts of wind.

Forecasts indicate that from noon today (October 21st) to noon on October 23rd, Hue City will experience heavy to very heavy rain and thunderstorms. Total rainfall is expected to be between 200-350mm, with some areas exceeding 450mm. Specifically, in the communes and wards of Phong Dien, Phong Thai, Huong Tra, Binh Dien, A Luoi 5, Phu Bai, Hung Loc, Loc An, Khe Tre, and Chan May - Lang Co, rainfall is expected to be between 300-400mm, with some areas exceeding 500mm.
