The establishment and development of businesses in Nhu Xuan commune has contributed to creating more jobs for local workers.

Ngo Huy Dung Co., Ltd. was established in 2014, specializing in the production and trading of products made from wood, bamboo, rattan, straw, etc. Over the years, with the attention and support of the local Party committee and government, along with the company's efforts to overcome difficulties and strive for progress, it has experienced rapid development, creating regular employment for approximately 50 workers with an income of 8 to 15 million VND per person per month. As a result, the lives of many workers have improved, making a significant contribution to poverty reduction in the locality.

Mr. Ngo Duc Hop, representing the company, stated: "The attention from Nhu Xuan commune is a driving force for the company's production and business development, leading to positive results. Recognizing our responsibility to social development, the company has actively participated in social welfare activities, contributing funds to support several families in the commune facing particularly difficult circumstances in building houses; visiting and giving gifts to poor families, families of policy beneficiaries, and those who have rendered meritorious services during holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year). At the same time, we strive to expand production scale, seek and connect to expand markets, and create more jobs for local workers. In the future, the company will continue to improve technology, strive for production and business success, and actively participate in activities supporting families in particularly difficult circumstances."

To develop businesses, Nhu Xuan commune has focused on promoting its potential and advantages; paying attention to industrial land planning to attract investors. It has also accelerated administrative procedure reforms and provided maximum support to businesses. Furthermore, it has prioritized investment in infrastructure development, particularly transportation infrastructure, to serve the production and business activities of enterprises.

From the beginning of 2025 to the present, Nhu Xuan commune has established 9 businesses, bringing the total number of businesses in the commune to 170, of which 121 are generating revenue. As of the end of November 2025, businesses in Nhu Xuan commune had contributed 24.6 billion VND to the state budget and created jobs for more than 1,000 workers.

Despite the achievements, the development of businesses in Nhu Xuan commune still faces some shortcomings and limitations, such as: the majority of businesses have small-scale production; the capacity and professional qualifications of the business management team are limited; the financial capacity of some businesses does not meet development needs; joint ventures and linkages between businesses are not high; many businesses are not yet bold enough to apply scientific and technological advancements to production and business...

According to Nguyen Quang Truong, Chairman of the People's Committee of Nhu Xuan commune: "The commune aims to establish 25 new businesses by 2030. To achieve this goal, the commune focuses on building and implementing a business development plan, prioritizing the attraction of labor-intensive industrial production businesses such as garment manufacturing, footwear, high-tech farming, and agricultural and forestry product processing. We will continue to promote the commune's potential and advantages to attract investors; strengthen support for business registration and improve the quality of business operations. We will focus on improving the business environment, regularly reviewing and assisting businesses in resolving difficulties and obstacles during production and business activities."
