52 foreign suppliers paid 7,250 billion VND in taxes

The General Department of Taxation said that to date, 52 foreign suppliers (including Facebook, Google, Microsoft, TikTok, Netflix, Apple) have registered, declared and paid taxes via the General Department of Taxation's Electronic Information Portal. Foreign suppliers have paid about VND7,250 billion to the budget. Of which, last year, foreign suppliers paid VND3,478 billion; this year it is VND3,772 billion.

Previously, according to data from the General Department of Taxation, the total state budget revenue in April 2023 managed by tax authorities was estimated at VND 136,191 billion, reaching 9.9% of the ordinance estimate, equal to 82.3% over the same period. In the first 4 months of 2023, the total state budget revenue managed by tax authorities was estimated at VND 578,035 billion, equal to 42.1% of the ordinance estimate, equal to 100.7% over the same period in 2022.

Ministry of Finance rectifies valuation activities

The Ministry of Finance (Price Management Department) has just issued Document No. 5029/BTC-QLG requesting valuation enterprises and valuers to strictly comply with legal regulations on valuation.
