FLC Group Corporation (FLC) has just announced that Mr. Le Ba Nguyen has resigned from the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Mr. Le Tien Dung has resigned from the position of General Director, effective December 5.

Replacing Mr. Nguyen is Mr. Vu Anh Tuan, Member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Vu Anh Tuan joined FLC in 2022 and held many senior positions at FLC as well as its member units. Mr. Tuan was elected as a Member of the Board of Directors at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on November 12.

Ms. Bui Hai Huyen, Assistant to the Board of Directors, holds the position of General Director. Ms. Bui Hai Huyen has held many important positions at FLC Group.

Under Chairman Trinh Van Quyet, she served as General Director and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. In February 2023, Ms. Bui Hai Huyen resigned from her positions as General Director and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.

After leaving FLC, Ms. Huyen held the position of Deputy General Director of Dabaco from August 2023 and ceased to hold this position from the beginning of February this year.

At the recent extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, FLC leaders said that the company has restarted many key projects. FLC is managing a portfolio of 54 projects in 14 provinces and cities across the country. The group is actively implementing solutions to remove legal and financial obstacles for the projects, while promoting the search for potential partners to cooperate in investment, to ensure the progress and effectiveness of the projects.
