FPT applies AI Agents to professional events

AI Agents virtual assistant was developed by FPT for professional event systems, integrating advanced AI technologies. The developer described that the tool is not simply a chatbot with a fixed script, but integrates generative AI, large language models (LLM), capable of creating natural conversations, grasping situations and responding flexibly like humans.

In addition, AI Agents are also equipped with computer vision technology to recognize QR codes, supporting image-related processes. At the same time, this virtual assistant has sentiment analysis technology, helping AI recognize the user's mood to give appropriate responses.

"Even when sensing discomfort from the user, the system will automatically forward it to the consultant to ensure the conversation remains effective," said the FPT representative, adding that in the future, this tool could become an "AI colleague" that can interact between businesses and customers.

Citing the integration of the AI Agents tool into the VnExpress Marathon system, FPT said that the system can handle hundreds of queries at the same time, helping to quickly look up information such as: registration status, QR code or support answering questions about choosing distance, payment, receiving notifications, race completion certificates... Thanks to this new AI chatbot, Customer Care work has significantly reduced time compared to before application and brought new, friendly experiences to users.
