Nearly 42,000 cadres and Party members will attend the conference to thoroughly understand and implement Resolution No. 39 of the Politburo on the development of Nghe An.

Tomorrow morning (September 16, 2023), in Vinh City, the Central Party Secretariat will hold a conference to disseminate and implement Resolution No. 39, dated July 18, 2023, of the Politburo on building and developing Nghe An province until 2030, with a vision to 2045.

According to information from the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, in order to ensure that the study, understanding, and implementation of Resolution No. 39 of the Politburo are conducted seriously and reach all Party committees, organizations, agencies, organizations, cadres, Party members, civil servants, public employees, union members, association members, and the people throughout the province, the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee has directed the conference organization process in a systematic and scientific manner, promoting the application of information technology.

The conference was held in two formats: in-person and online. The in-person conference was held at the Provincial Labor Culture House, with 700 delegates including leaders of the Party, National Assembly, Government, central ministries and agencies; leaders of Military Region IV; leaders of provinces and cities in the North Central and Central Coastal regions; leaders of Nghe An province, provincial departments and agencies, and localities in Nghe An province.

In addition, the conference was connected online to 655 locations; including 30 locations at the district level and directly affiliated Party committees, and 625 locations at the commune level and directly affiliated Party branches throughout the province. It is estimated that a total of approximately 42,000 officials, civil servants, employees, and citizens will participate across 655 locations.

Specifically, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc will have 118 connection points, linking to the grassroots party branches, with nearly 5,800 cadres, civil servants, and employees participating. The Party Committee of the Provincial Enterprises Bloc will organize 102 connection points, with over 5,100 cadres, party members, and employees; the Party Committee of Hoang Mai town will organize 13 connection points, with nearly 2,800 cadres and party members participating....

Organizing the study, understanding, and widespread implementation of Resolution No. 39 of the Politburo will be a crucial step in raising awareness, responsibility, political determination, self-discipline, exemplary thinking, and inspiring aspiration for comprehensive, rapid, and strong development in each Party committee, Party organization, agency, organization, cadre, Party member, civil servant, public employee, union member, association member, and the people in implementing the resolution; building and developing Nghe An province commensurate with its position, role, and importance, worthy of being the homeland of President Ho Chi Minh.
