Tomorrow morning (September 16, 2023), in Vinh city, the Central Party Secretariat will hold a conference to disseminate and implement Resolution No. 39, dated July 18, 2023 of the Politburo on building and developing Nghe An province to 2030, with a vision to 2045.

According to information from the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, in order to organize the study, learning, dissemination and implementation of Resolution No. 39 of the Politburo seriously and reach all levels of Party committees, Party organizations, agencies, organizations, cadres, Party members, civil servants, public employees, union members, association members and people in the whole province, the conference organization stage was directed by the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee in a methodical and scientific manner, promoting the application of information technology.

The conference was held in both in-person and online formats. The conference was held in person at the Provincial Labor Culture House, with 700 delegates including leaders of the Party, National Assembly, Government, ministries, departments, and central agencies; leaders of Military Region IV; leaders of provinces and cities in the North Central and Central Coast regions; leaders of the province, provincial departments, departments, branches, and localities of Nghe An province.

In addition, the conference was also connected online to 655 points; including 30 points at district level, directly under Party Committees and 625 points at commune level, directly under Party Committees in the whole province. The total number of cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and people expected to participate is about 42,000 people/655 points.

In particular, the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies will have 118 connection points connected to the Party cells directly under the grassroots Party Committee, with nearly 5,800 cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers participating. The Provincial Business Party Committee will organize 102 connection points, with more than 5,100 cadres, party members, and workers; the Hoang Mai Town Party Committee will organize 13 connection points, with nearly 2,800 cadres and party members participating....

Organizing the study, dissemination and implementation of Resolution No. 39 of the Politburo in depth will be an important step to raise awareness, responsibility, political determination, self-awareness, exemplary thinking innovation, arousing the aspiration for comprehensive, faster and stronger development in each Party committee, organization, agency, organization, cadre, party member, civil servant, public employee, union member, association member and people in implementing the resolution; building and developing Nghe An province commensurate with its position, role and importance, worthy of being the homeland of President Ho Chi Minh./.
