CPI in November 2025 increased by 0.77% compared to the previous month; increased by 4.73% compared to the same period and increased by 4.66% compared to December 2024. In the 11 months, the average CPI increased by 5.04%.
In November 2025, 9 out of 11 commodity groups increased in price. The strongest increase was in the transportation group with an increase of 1.6%, causing the overall CPI to increase by 0.17 percentage points.
The main reason is that gasoline prices increased by 2.37% following world developments; at the same time, storms and floods increased the demand for vehicle repairs, pushing maintenance service prices up by 4.35%.

The second group is the food and catering services group, up 1.39%, contributing 0.46 percentage points to the general CPI. Of which, food increased by 2.03%, especially vegetables, tubers, and fruits increased sharply due to the influence of the weather; food increased by 1.12%; eating out increased by 0.14%.
The housing, electricity, water, fuel and construction materials group increased by 0.37% due to the converted rental and owned housing prices increasing by 0.91%, and home repair services increasing by 2.39%.
Other groups such as post and telecommunications increased by 0.14%; beverages and tobacco increased by 0.11%; household appliances and equipment increased by 0.06%; garments, hats and footwear increased by 0.05%; culture, entertainment and tourism increased by 0.04%; medicine and medical services increased by 0.01%.
On the downward side, only the other goods and services group decreased by 0.23%; the education group remained stable.
Regarding the average CPI for the first 11 months of 2025, 9 out of 11 commodity groups increased in price. The strongest increase was in the group of medicines and medical services with an increase of 15.68% due to adjustments in prices of medical examination and treatment services; followed by the group of housing, electricity, water, fuel and construction materials with an increase of 13.21%.
Two groups with price reductions were transportation down 1.84% and post and telecommunications down 1.09%, contributing to curbing the overall CPI in 11 months.
