On the afternoon of June 12th, Mr. Ha Xuan Nham, Head of the Secondary Education Department of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, informed the press that after a review and verification process, the Department's examination council concluded that "the exam questions did not contain any content errors, but some questions were blurry due to unclear printing and broken hyphens, causing misunderstandings among candidates."

To protect the rights of candidates, the Department of Education and Training has requested the exam question committee to supplement the answer key in cases where the questions were incorrectly printed due to unclear ink. Therefore, candidates who misunderstood the exam questions will still have their answers graded and accepted if they are correct.
Mr. Pham Quoc Toan, Head of the Quality Management Department of the Department of Education and Training, further shared that this year's 10th grade entrance exam was successfully implemented. During the exam period, the Department did not receive any information about errors in the exam questions for Mathematics or any other subject.
After the math exam concluded yesterday afternoon, the Department received feedback from parents regarding errors. Upon receiving this information, the Department of Education and Training immediately reviewed all 201 examination centers and the entire process of question preparation and printing to identify the cause. "All procedures for printing and preparing exam questions in the quarantine area complied with the examination regulations," Mr. Toan stated.
