Accordingly, on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Capital Liberation Day (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024), the Hanoi People's Committee requested agencies, units, hospitals, schools and people in the city to fly the national flag from September 30, 2024 to October 11, 2024.
People's Committees of districts, towns and cities are responsible for directing, inspecting and reminding about the hanging of the national flag in residential areas; Heads of agencies and units inspect the hanging of the national flag in units under their management.
