On the afternoon of October 9th, leaders of the Ha Tinh Department of Construction announced that the unit had submitted a report and requested the opinion of the Provincial People's Committee to establish an inspection team for the Xuan Thanh Service and Resort Area Project (Hoa Tien Paradise – Xuan Thanh) in Tien Dien commune, following the collapse of dozens of villas in the area by Typhoon No. 10.

The inspection will involve the Department of Construction coordinating with specialized agencies to review and assess the extent of damage and compliance with legal regulations during the investment and construction process of this project.
Previously, due to the impact of Typhoon No. 10, dozens of villas in the Xuan Thanh Service and Resort Area Project were damaged or collapsed. Many individuals who invested in or purchased these villas are worried and hope that the investor will soon have a plan to remedy and resolve the damage, ensuring the legitimate rights of customers.

Reportedly, following the natural disaster, Hong Lam Xuan Thanh Joint Stock Company mobilized machinery and personnel to repair the damage in the coastal area, where dozens of villas collapsed after typhoon No. 10.
The Xuan Thanh Service and Resort Area Project is one of three component projects of the Xuan Thanh Beach and Golf Course Tourism Area Project. The project is invested by Hong Lam Xuan Thanh Joint Stock Company and was initially granted an Investment Certificate by the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province in 2008. Since then, the project has undergone four adjustments to its investment registration certificate, the most recent being on January 25, 2024.
The project spans over 121 hectares and includes more than 560 villas, shop villas, and shophouses. Among them, the beachfront villa row comprises 28 units, each with an area of 180-250 m², featuring modern design, gardens, and green spaces.
