To attract businesses to invest in production and trade, one of the key tasks that Hoang Hoa district focuses on is significantly improving the investment and business environment. At the same time, it concentrates on reviewing socio-economic development plans and planning and orienting commodity production areas. In addition, the district also focuses on building infrastructure, especially transportation infrastructure and industrial cluster infrastructure, creating favorable conditions in terms of land, policies, and promptly resolving difficulties and obstacles for businesses in the production and business process. As a result, the number, structure, and scale of businesses in the district are increasing. According to statistics, Hoang Hoa district currently has nearly 1,000 operating businesses, creating jobs for approximately 15,000 workers with an average income of 6.5 million VND/person/month.

For example, Hongzhan International Technology Co., Ltd. provides jobs for over 600 workers; LongFeng International Industry Co., Ltd. provides jobs for over 700 workers... With the attention and support from the Party Committee and the government, many businesses have expanded their production scale, invested in factories, and modernized their equipment with advanced technology to improve the quantity and quality of goods, increasing their competitiveness in the market. A prime example is Le Gia Food and Trade Service Co., Ltd. in Hoang Phu commune. From a small-scale fish sauce production facility, in 2023, the company was given the opportunity to expand its production scale on more than 1 hectare of land in a newly planned location, ensuring sufficient space for the company to invest in facilities to meet production and export needs. Driven by this concern, the company has focused on technological innovation, changing traditional fish sauce making methods, improving productivity, quality, and competitiveness of many products on the market such as Le Gia shrimp paste and fish sauce, and Le Gia tiger prawn paste; while also using barcodes and traceability codes to ensure consumer confidence in the products. Currently, the company's fish sauce products are not only available in major supermarkets inside and outside the province but are also exported to markets in Japan, the United States, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

For example, Quoc Dai Co., Ltd., a company specializing in the production of rattan and bamboo handicrafts in Hoang Thinh commune, has consistently maintained and continuously improved its production and business efficiency in recent years. From having only one or two product lines, the company now produces up to 80 product lines, including lampshades, baskets, and storage boxes. The company's products are exported to markets in countries such as Sweden, France, and many other countries worldwide . Mr. Luong Ngoc Dao, Director of Quoc Dai Co., Ltd., stated: “The company currently provides employment for 170 workers directly at the factory with an average income of approximately 7 million VND per person per month, and over 3,000 workers in the craft village clusters with incomes ranging from 3.5 to 4 million VND per person per month. Throughout its operation, the company has always strictly adhered to the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws. Annually, the company pays approximately 10 billion VND in taxes to the State and actively participates in social welfare activities, contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality.”

In reality, the revenue of businesses has contributed significantly to the local economic development. Speaking at the meeting honoring outstanding businesses and entrepreneurs in 2024, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoang Hoa District, Le Thanh Hai, stated: “The business community in the district not only contributes to the local budget but also actively participates in activities to jointly build new rural areas, contributes to social welfare programs, provides billions of dong in support to policy beneficiary families, poor households, people with disabilities, scholarship funds, and supports people affected by natural disasters and floods, as well as many other meaningful social activities. These practical and meaningful actions have spread widely within the business community and among entrepreneurs in Hoang Hoa district, and have been recognized and highly appreciated by the people and all levels of government in the district.”

In 2024, businesses in Hoang Hoa district made efforts to overcome difficulties and focused on boosting production; high-value industrial products and traditional products maintained stable production, and many businesses received new orders, such as Delta Sports Equipment Joint Stock Company, TCE Jeans Co., Ltd., and Daehan Global Thanh Hoa Co., Ltd. Notably, during the year, Sakurai Vietnam Co., Ltd. (100% Japanese capital) invested in the Bac Hoang Hoa Industrial Cluster commenced operations with over 1,000 employees, producing 5 million products per year. Currently, there are 147 businesses operating in the industrial sector in the district, creating jobs for more than 9,000 workers. Among them, nearly 27 businesses in the textile, garment, and footwear sectors provide stable employment for workers... This result has significantly contributed to the continued strong economic growth of the district, ranking 4th in the province in terms of economic scale with a total production value of 14,687 billion VND; the growth rate of production value is 9.53%.
