Police are investigating.

Previously, Ms. Tran Thi Luc, Principal of Minh Phu High School, said that the video recorded images of some students bullying each other on an empty lot next to the Mai Doai Pagoda Soccer Field, Mai Doai Village, Soc Son Commune, Hanoi City.

Upon learning the information, Minh Phu High School sent the information to Soc Son Commune Police to immediately take necessary professional measures to verify the incident.

Initial results have identified cases related to the incident, including 2 students from Soc Son Vocational Training School, Soc Son commune (Hanoi).

Specifically, at around 11:00 a.m. on October 15, the group of subjects were standing on the street when M.D.A drove a motorbike carrying N.D.H, a 10A5 student at Minh Phu High School (the victim in the incident) sitting behind, and was chased by the other group of young men.

When they reached a deserted stretch of road, one of the young men in the group took out his phone to record a video and forced D.H. to kneel down, apologize, and lick the motorbike license plate. At this point, H. was slapped and kicked in the face twice, with the threat: “Don’t do it again next time.”

According to Minh Phu High School, after the incident, the school's Board of Directors, homeroom teachers, and parent representatives went to student H's family to visit and encourage them.

“The incident is being further investigated by Soc Son Commune Police and student H. has returned to school as usual; the school has arranged a team of psychological counselors to stabilize the student’s mental health,” Ms. Tran Thi Luc, Principal of Minh Phu High School, reported to the Hanoi Department of Education and Training.
