Student almost late for exam, teacher rushed to pick him up, leaving her bike on the street

Discovering that the student was not present even though it was close to closing time, the teacher hurried to pick him up, luckily making it to the exam on time.

On the morning of June 26, the 2025 high school graduation exam officially took place with the subject of literature. At the exam sites in Bao Loc City, many forces such as police, militia, youth volunteers and teachers were present to support the candidates. Most of the candidates were present at the exam sites at 7:00 a.m. to prepare to enter the exam room.

However, at the Nguyen Du High School exam site, the exam council discovered that candidate Ng.Th.Tr. (student of Nguyen Tri Phuong High School, Loc Tien Ward, Bao Loc City) was not present. This information was then sent to the external exam support forces.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Nhung, Tr.'s subject teacher, quickly drove her motorbike more than 2km to Tr.'s house. At this time, Tr. was hurriedly pushing her motorbike, locking the door to go to the exam.

Seeing her student panic, Ms. Nhung calmed Tr. down. Then she and the student went to the exam site together, Tr. ran in front, Ms. Nhung ran behind.

Thanks to timely support, Tr. was present at the exam room before the exam time.

Sharing about the incident, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Nhung said: "When I received information from the examination board and learned that my student was not present, I was very worried. Knowing that Tr. is a good student and a good student, I was even more worried.

While riding my motorbike to her house, I silently hoped that everything would go well for her. When I got home and saw her hurriedly locking the door, I looked at the clock and it was 7:14. Knowing that there was still enough time, I reassured her so she could calmly ride her motorbike to the exam site safely.

According to Ms. Nhung, Tr. only had time to briefly tell her that his parents were both in the coffee garden and he was home alone. He stayed up late last night studying so he was tired and fell asleep.

"When Tr. arrived at the exam site with nearly 5 minutes left to enter the exam room, I silently wished Tr. and all the candidates the best results on the exam," said Ms. Nhung.
