On the occasion of the 77th anniversary of the Day of War Invalids and Martyrs (July 27), on the morning of July 16, the Provincial Veterans Association, in coordination with the Viettel Ninh Binh Branch and the Provincial Association of Veteran Entrepreneurs, organized visits and presented gifts to families of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, war invalids, sick soldiers, and relatives of martyrs in Yen Mo district, Tam Diep city, and Kim Son district.
Accordingly, during this period, the Provincial Veterans Association, Viettel Ninh Binh Branch, and veteran entrepreneurs in the province donated 60 gift packages worth over 30 million VND in total to families of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, and relatives of martyrs, with each package worth 500,000 VND.
During their visits and gift-giving, the delegation cordially inquired about the health of the families of policy beneficiaries in general and the veterans in particular, and expressed deep gratitude for their sacrifices and losses; they listened to the thoughts and aspirations of the veterans and relatives of martyrs. They also hoped that these families would always be shining examples to inspire their children and grandchildren to follow.
This is an annual activity of the Provincial Veterans Association, demonstrating camaraderie, care, and concern for the lives of veteran members and the families of martyrs in the area; and the gratitude of units, businesses, and the community towards those who have contributed to the revolution, helping families to improve their living conditions and achieve stability.
