The Military Region 5 Command Relic is one of the original relic sites, a secret base, the workplace of generals and key leaders such as Vo Thu and Chu Huy Man during the resistance war.

This relic gate was restored a long time ago, but is now damaged and degraded (the fences on both sides have collapsed, the gate pillars are cracked and peeling, the iron roof is loose...). The Veterans Association of the three localities of Quang Nam, Quang Ngai and Da Nang City has surveyed and proposed the wish to restore and rebuild this gate.

The estimated resources for implementation are about 300 million VND contributed by members of the War Veterans Association of the three localities above and are oriented towards a construction scale similar to the current gate to ensure unity and harmony with the general landscape of the entire relic site.

Currently, the procedures are being urgently implemented according to regulations, striving to complete the project in time to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Veterans Association (December 6, 1989 - December 6, 2024) and the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2024).
