The activities to be implemented include: The UNIS@English program - supplementing listening and speaking skills with native English teachers for students of the university using the OMO (Online - Merge - Offline) model with the support of digital technology, implemented by the Director of the Institute for International Education and Economics Research.
Phu Yen University developed a dual-degree program for economics-related fields, meeting UK standards. The Institute for International Education and Economics conducted an international assessment, helping Phu Yen University successfully defend its proposal before the expert panel of London Metropolitan University and the Risk Assessment Board (an independent UK assessment board).

This program, once implemented, will leverage the strengths of each party in their respective fields of activity to improve the quality of training high-level human resources to meet the needs of society, contribute to enhancing English proficiency for students at Phu Yen University, and gradually make English the second language at the university.
