In recent times, thanks to the synchronous implementation of solutions, the population quality has improved, the average income per capita has increased, and the poverty rate has decreased significantly. Children born with congenital malformations and intellectual disabilities have been detected early, treated promptly, and cared for better and better.

The pre-marital health care program has been strengthened recently. A model of counseling and reproductive health care for adolescents and young people has been implemented, contributing to the gradual reduction of early and unwanted pregnancies. The rate of early marriage has decreased sharply and there is no incestuous marriage.

According to the Deputy Director of the Hue City Department of Health, activities to improve population quality are maintained and implemented throughout the city, promoting effectiveness, actively contributing to efforts to improve population quality.

The coordination of propaganda and education on Population and Development has been actively implemented by departments, branches and organizations. The above results have contributed to the successful implementation of the city's economic and social targets and tasks in 2025.

However, currently the city's Population and Development work still has some difficulties and limitations, such as the rate of young men and women receiving counseling and health check-ups before marriage is still low.

Some party committees and authorities have not been regular and close in their leadership and direction, and have not yet transformed their awareness from population - family planning to population and development, so they have not paid due attention to population structure and improving population quality.
