Instructions for electricity customers to look up daily electricity consumption

With the aim of providing electricity usage information to customers in a convenient way so that customers can proactively exploit it during the process of using electricity, the Customer Care Center - Northern Power Corporation (TTCSKH) has updated the function of looking up daily electricity consumption output on the Customer Care application (App CSKH).

Instructions for customers on how to check their daily electricity consumption.

This application will help customers check their household electricity consumption directly on their smartphones, instead of having to check the meter readings in person. However, this feature is currently only applied by the electricity sector to areas that have switched to remote electronic meters (PLC, RF-Mesh technology). For nearby electronic meters (via HHU devices, mechanical meters, etc.), only the generated bill and monthly electricity consumption figures can be monitored.

Customers can check their daily electricity consumption using the Northern Power Corporation's Customer Care application (APP CSKH):

Step 1: On your phone, select the app store: App Store or CH Play (Google Play).

Step 2: In the search window, type the keyword phrase: EVNNPC CSKH or follow this link:

Note: Customers should only install the application using the link above to avoid clicking on fraudulent software.

Step 3: Download and install, then click "OPEN". Step 4: After the application is installed and appears on the screen, click on the (EVNNPC CSKH) icon and log in.

- Username: This is the customer code for electricity usage (printed on the bill or seen in the SMS notification sent by the Electricity company);

- Login password: Please obtain your password using one of the following two methods:

- Method 1: Call the hotline 19006769 to have it reissued;

- Method 2: Using the phone number registered with the Electricity Company, send an SMS message using the following format: CM (space) Customer Code - to 8079 to have your password reset. The fee is 1,000 VND per message. For example: To reset the password for customer code PA07TTxxxxxxx, send the following SMS message: CM PA07TTxxxxxxx (to 8079).

The above are instructions for customers to proactively check their daily electricity consumption through the Customer Service App. This allows customers to estimate their monthly electricity consumption and adjust their household electricity usage for greater efficiency, especially during periods of extreme heat.
