The structures outside the stadium, including promotional booths and the area where spectators queue for tickets to enter, have not yet been dismantled.

Previously, a number of Vietnamese and Korean artists announced they would not be performing at the K-Pop Open Air #2 music event, causing confusion among the audience.

Reportedly, the program has 8 different ticket categories, with the highest price reaching 15 million VND. Many audience members have already exchanged their wristbands and are preparing for the big moment to attend the concert.

Questions have been raised about whether the organizers of the K-pop Open Air #2 concert at My Dinh Stadium are engaging in fraudulent activities. However, an official from the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports affirmed that this is not the case and assured the audience that the organizers will refund those who have purchased tickets.

In their latest announcement, the organizers of the KPop Open Air #2 music festival apologized to the audience and accepted responsibility. "We take full responsibility for this unfortunate incident and will refund all ticket money purchased by the audience in accordance with the law. We will make an official announcement regarding the refund process in a subsequent notice," the announcement stated.
