Attending the opening ceremony were Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Hoa - Deputy Director of the Regional Political Academy III; Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee - Phan Van Binh and representatives of the Provincial Political School and related departments and branches.

The advanced political theory class K75B.22 includes 56 students who are commune-level leaders and managers who are candidates for district-level Party Committee members; leaders and managers who are candidates for department and equivalent positions from district level to departments, branches, sectors and organizations of the province.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Hoa - Deputy Director of the Regional Political Academy III emphasized the importance of equipping students with basic and in-depth knowledge of Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh thought, the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws.

By mastering this knowledge, students will have a correct understanding of the revolutionary path and creatively apply it to practical work.
