The Danko Center urban area project received investment approval under Decision No. 156/QD-UBND dated May 8, 2020, from the Provincial People's Committee. The project covers an area of 42 hectares in Kim Phu commune ( Tuyen Quang City) and includes shophouses, villas, townhouses, and a full range of amenities such as a shopping center, pedestrian street, park, and school.
With the construction and infrastructure development progressing as committed, in the future, Danko Center urban area will certainly be a project that brings architectural aesthetic value and creates a living space with a prosperous community, a destination that anyone visiting Tuyen Quang City will want to see.
According to Mr. Le Ngoc Lam, Head of the Danko Center Urban Area Project Management Board, this urban area project is expected to be a highlight of Tuyen Quang City, possessing three advantages: legal compliance, progress, and unique landscape. Currently, the project is accelerating the construction of transportation infrastructure and implementing utility facilities to ensure early commissioning.
