Strategically located in Tuyen Quang city, Danko Center urban area is designed in a European style with high-end amenities and a luxurious living space, offering residents a modern and unique lifestyle.
The construction crew focused on building the Victoria Archway on a sunny day.
At the Danko Center construction site, the project is currently progressing rapidly. A prime example is the Victoria Arch, inspired by the Brandenburg Gate (Germany), which is expected to be a prominent highlight of the urban area upon completion.
This year, the weather has been unpredictable with many rainy days, making construction work such as excavation and leveling difficult. Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tung, a member of the Danko Center construction site management board, said that due to the weather conditions, the workforce has been mobilized to the maximum extent on sunny days to carry out project items. Currently, the Victoria archway has had over 300m³ of concrete poured, reaching 50% of the work volume, and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of this year.
According to Mr. Pham Xuan Bach, Commander of BKM Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company, the team of engineers and workers are working tirelessly, overcoming all harsh weather conditions to ensure the Victoria archway is completed on schedule.

In addition, the iconic Helios tower in the urban area is also under construction. The tower has completed its trial pile driving, and mass pile driving is scheduled to begin in September, with the goal of completing the structure by November 2024. Construction is proceeding at a frantic pace day and night at the Danko Center site. Simultaneously, the Le Loi intersection, connecting the urban area to Le Loi Street and the center of Tuyen Quang City, is also preparing to pour the foundation to facilitate easier travel for residents.
Currently, the trend of luxurious living combined with green urban areas is increasing globally, and Vietnam is no exception. Green urban areas offer spacious living spaces and a clean environment, blending urban ecosystems with nature, ensuring health and comfort for residents. Danko Center urban area stands out with its vast green areas, including parks, flower gardens, and relaxation areas, designed in a modern European architectural style, not only creating beautiful landscapes but also improving air quality and a healthy living environment.
Green, upscale living spaces are created at Danko Center.
Spanning 42 hectares, Danko Center is rapidly developing into a model urban area in Tuyen Quang. The project boasts comprehensive infrastructure and convenient transportation connections, encompassing various property types such as shophouses, townhouses, and villas. Notably, the urban area also provides a full range of amenities including a shopping center, pedestrian streets, parks, and schools. Danko Center not only offers a comfortable living space but also promises to create unique architectural designs, enhancing the quality of life for its residents.
