At the Danko Center construction site, the project is currently being accelerated. Typically, the Victoria Gate, inspired by the Brandenburg Gate (Germany), is expected to be a highlight of the urban area when completed.
This year, the weather has been erratic with many rainy days, making it difficult for construction work such as digging and leveling the ground. Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tung, a member of the Danko Center Construction Management Board, said that due to the weather conditions, the team of workers has been mobilized to the maximum on sunny days to carry out project items. Currently, the Victoria welcome gate has completed pouring over 300m3 of concrete, reaching 50% of the work volume and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of this year.
According to Mr. Pham Xuan Bach, Commander of BKM Construction Trading Joint Stock Company, the team of engineers and workers are working tirelessly, overcoming all harsh weather conditions to ensure the completion of the Victoria welcome gate on schedule.
Victoria Gate is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of this year.
In addition, the Helios iconic tower in the urban area is also under construction. The tower has completed the experimental pile driving, and the mass pile driving plan will take place in September, with the goal of completing the structure in November 2024. The construction atmosphere is bustling at the Danko Center construction site regardless of day or night. In parallel with speeding up the project progress, the Le Loi intersection connecting the urban area with Le Loi street and the center of Tuyen Quang city is also preparing to pour the foundation to make it more convenient for people to move around.
