ĐNO - UBND thành phố Đà Nẵng vừa ban hành Công văn số 2942/UBND-SCT (ngày 16/10/2025) đề xuất các giải pháp khắc phục hạn chế, khuyết điểm trong công tác đấu tranh, ngăn chặn, đẩy lùi tình trạng buôn bán, gian lận thương mại, hàng giả, xâm phạm quyền sở hữu trí tuệ.

Accordingly, thoroughly educate all classes of people about the seriousness, complexity, sophistication and serious harm of smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods; widely disseminate the directive content, include the fight against smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods in the activities of Party cells and Party organizations and consider this a key political task in the new situation.

The fight against smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods in the new situation must be carried out regularly, comprehensively, continuously and without stopping with the motto "handling one case, alerting the whole region, the whole field", "no forbidden areas, no exceptions". At the same time, mobilizing the drastic participation of the entire political system, people and businesses in the whole city.

Departments, branches, functional forces, People's Committees of communes, wards, special zones and relevant agencies and units strengthen direction for forces to be proactive in preventing, detecting, arresting, investigating, and strictly handling violations; resolutely not allowing incidents, hot spots, and prominent issues of banned, smuggled, and counterfeit goods to arise in the entire city.

Further strengthen coordination between functional forces, agencies, units, and localities in grasping the situation, exchanging information, investigating, and handling violations, new methods and tricks of operation to promptly detect, combat, and prevent them.

At the same time, promote the application of digital technology , software to manage the origin of goods and coordinate information sharing from the central to local levels between functional forces and neighboring localities.

Strengthening training, in-depth training, improving professional and technical qualifications for the force to ensure meeting task requirements in the new situation as at present; doing well the work of political and ideological education , strengthening public discipline, preventing and combating negative manifestations, corruption, and bureaucracy of cadres and civil servants of functional forces...
