Established the Trade Union of Van An Hoa Company Limited, admitted 83 members

DNO - On December 8, at Thuan Yen Industrial Park (Ban Thach Ward), the Da Nang City Labor Federation held a ceremony to admit new union members and launch the grassroots Trade Union of Van An Hoa Company Limited.

Van An Hoa Company Limited is a business operating in the field of manufacturing leather shoes for export. After a period of propaganda and mobilization, 83 employees of the company voluntarily joined and became members of the Vietnam Trade Union.

At the ceremony, the City Labor Federation announced and handed over the decision to admit union members, establish the company's grassroots union and appoint an Executive Committee of 5 members, an Inspection Committee of 3 members. Ms. Nguyen Thi My Na, Chief Accountant, Assistant to the Company Director was appointed to hold the position of Chairwoman of the company's grassroots union.

The establishment of the Trade Union of Van An Hoa Company Limited is an important milestone, contributing to strengthening the care and protection of the legitimate and legal rights and interests of employees, while creating a foundation for building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in the company.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Head of the Trade Union of Da Nang City Industrial Parks Tran Quoc Bao suggested that in the coming time, the company's grassroots trade union should focus on propagating and mobilizing union members and workers to enthusiastically participate in emulation movements, improve productivity and product quality, accompany businesses in sustainable development; and build a team of grassroots trade union officials with strong professional skills and good dialogue skills.

At the same time, focus on improving the quality of care and welfare of union members, taking union members' interests as an important goal to gather and attract workers into the Trade Union organization; fulfill the role that workers expect; build harmonious and stable labor relations in the enterprise, contributing to promoting production and business of the enterprise.
