To attract KOLs (celebrities, social media influencers, reputable experts in various fields); KOCs (consumers with real experience, authentically evaluating products and services and influencing a target audience) and content creators to experience and promote tourism in the city, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Da Nang also issued a policy to encourage businesses to participate in this program.

Da Nang encourages businesses to participate in programs to attract celebrities to experience and promote tourism in the city.
Food and beverage businesses; cultural institutions of the city such as museums, libraries, cultural heritages...; entertainment areas, tourist attractions, entertainment services, health care...; businesses selling OCOP products, souvenirs, typical specialties, traditional handicrafts...
Businesses participating in this program will enjoy benefits in terms of communication and promotion. Specifically, they will be introduced in a separate article on the Da Nang Tourism Information Portal for a period of 6 months. Information (name, logo, image) of the business will be displayed on the official website/landing page of the program (if any).
Enterprises are tagged or mentioned in KOL, KOC articles (if agreed); free publications are placed at Da Nang Tourist Support Center during the time supporting the group; appear in media products of KOL, KOC;
Free promotion in KOL, KOC products such as vlogs, photos, reels, articles... in the form of tagging the unit name in KOL, KOC posts; use images of KOL, KOC experiences at the business for promotion (according to agreement and consent on images of KOL, KOC).
At the same time, businesses participating in the program will also be supported in promotion and connection. Accordingly, they will be given priority to participate in famtrip, presstrip, B2B events, seminars organized by Da Nang City; receive certificates/letters of thanks from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Da Nang for active companions.
Enterprises participating in the program are responsible for committing to supporting quality service incentives (free, discounted or partially funded) according to the agreement in the program. Priority is given to ensuring service quality when the filming crew and the KOL, KOC team work and experience in reality.
At the same time, coordinate flexibly and provide timely support during the reception and handling of arising issues. Approve the corporate image used in the program's communication products (with censorship). Keep information confidential, do not arbitrarily publish or disseminate unapproved images/content.
According to Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Da Nang Tan Van Vuong, the implementation of the program to attract KOLs, KOCs, and content creators to experience and promote Da Nang in the period of 2025 - 2026 aims to contribute to achieving the city's tourism targets in 2026: 19.4 million visitors served by accommodation establishments; revenue from food, accommodation, and travel of 71 trillion VND.
