Today, July 19th, the Quang Tri Provincial Police issued document No. 1027/TB-CAT-PV01 announcing that the plan to temporarily close roads and reroute traffic in the area of the Hien Luong - Ben Hai historical site to serve the art program "17th Parallel - Aspiration for Peace ," scheduled to take place on the evening of July 19th, 2024, as previously announced, will not be implemented.
The reason is that the art program "The 17th Parallel - Aspiration for Peace" has been postponed by the organizing committee.
