On January 16th, the inter-agency inspection team on food safety for the Lunar New Year 2024 (Team No. 1), led by Mr. Hoang Van Nghia, Deputy Chief Inspector of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, conducted an inspection of this work in M'Drắk district.
The inspection team held a working session with the District People's Committee on food safety management in the area. The delegation also conducted an on-site inspection at the business location of the Bach Hoa Xanh Trading Joint Stock Company's branch - Bach Hoa Xanh Dak Lak store (residential area 2, M'Drắk town). There, the delegation inspected relevant aspects regarding legal documents and food safety conditions, such as: general hygiene conditions of the business area; food storage; methods of preserving various food types; food labeling and expiration dates, etc.
At the time of inspection, this business location met the conditions for ensuring food safety in food business. The inspection team requested the establishment to strictly comply with the conditions for ensuring food safety in food business.
