Accordingly, the new Tay Ninh province officially came into operation on the basis of the merger of the two former Tay Ninh and Long An provinces, marking a historical turning point and opening a new period of development with the highest political determination.

Based on mutual agreement, the two sides signed six key cooperation agreements: Supporting procedures related to the implementation of logistics projects in the Moc Bai Border Gate Economic Zone; Surveying and researching investment in other logistics projects consistent with the provincial planning to improve connectivity and logistics infrastructure in Tay Ninh; Supporting businesses, especially small and medium-sized enterprises in Tay Ninh, to export products to Singapore through YCH Group's YSG e-commerce platform; Implementing and transferring advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence solutions, to optimize logistics flows and reduce congestion in the area; Promoting sustainable development, aiming for net-zero emissions through the integration of green urban planning and green transformation; Developing high-quality human resources in the logistics sector, contributing to improving the skills of the local workforce.

The signing of the Memorandum of Cooperation between the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province and YCH Group marks an important step forward, not only opening new opportunities for local businesses to reach the international market, but also contributing to realizing the goal of sustainable development, building Tay Ninh into a strategic logistics and trade center of the region.
