Signing of Memorandum of Understanding between Tay Ninh People's Committee and YCH Group

On the afternoon of July 10, the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province and YCH Group (Singapore) signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation towards the goal of building a modern logistics system, effectively connecting and developing sustainably, creating a foundation to promote the province's economy in the coming time.

Attending the signing ceremony were Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Thanh; leaders of relevant departments and branches.

Within the framework of the event, representatives of both sides also shared about the potential and development orientation of logistics in the new context.

Accordingly, the new Tay Ninh province officially came into operation on the basis of merging the two provinces of Tay Ninh (old) and Long An (old), marking a historic turning point, opening a new period of development with the highest political determination.

On the basis of inheriting and effectively promoting the existing potentials and strengths of the two localities after the merger, Tay Ninh province will continue to focus on socio -economic development in a comprehensive, sustainable direction and adapting to new trends.

Based on the agreement, the two sides signed 6 key cooperation contents: Supporting procedures related to the implementation of logistics projects at Moc Bai Border Gate Economic Zone; Surveying and researching investment in other logistics projects in accordance with the Provincial Planning to improve connectivity and logistics infrastructure in Tay Ninh; Supporting businesses, especially small and medium enterprises in Tay Ninh, to export products to Singapore through the YSG e-commerce platform of YCH Group; Deploying and transferring advanced technology, including artificial intelligence solutions, to optimize logistics flows and reduce congestion in the area; Promoting sustainable development, towards the goal of zero net emissions through integrating green urban planning and green transformation; Developing high-quality human resources in the logistics sector, contributing to improving the qualifications of local workers.

Member of the Provincial Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Thanh affirmed that Tay Ninh province is committed to always accompanying and supporting YCH Group.
