Celebrating the 70th anniversary of the founding of Cau Loc Commune Party Committee

On the morning of June 2, Cau Loc commune (Hau Loc) held a ceremony to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Commune Party Committee (June 2, 1954 - June 2, 2024).

On June 2, 1954, the Standing Committee of Hau Loc District Party Committee decided to establish Cau Loc Commune Party Cell with 41 party members. The cell held its first congress at Mr. Nguyen Van Thang's house in Cau Hoa hamlet (Cau Thon village). The cell was divided into 3 party cells.

After its establishment, Cau Loc Party cell led the local revolutionary movement from one victory to another, both developing the economy, culture and society, and participating in the resistance war.

Comrade Hoang Van Ha, Secretary of Cau Loc Commune Party Committee, delivered the opening speech at the ceremony.

During the resistance movement against the French and American imperialists, Cau Loc children were awarded many medals, certificates of merit and certificates of merit by the Party and the State. Cau Loc commune is proud to have the Hero of the Armed Forces Nguyen Van Nhuong and the Hero of Labor in the Education sector Nguyen Xuan Trac.

Over the past 70 years, the Cau Loc Commune Party Committee has always been the core leading the People to overcome difficulties and challenges. In each development stage of Cau Loc Commune, the Party Committee has always demonstrated its absolute and comprehensive leadership role, successfully completing all set goals and tasks, gradually promoting potentials and advantages, creating great momentum to promote the socio-economic development of the commune.

In 2023, the total income of the whole commune will reach 378 billion VND, the average income per capita will reach 51 million VND.

In June 2023, Cau Loc commune was recognized by the Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee as a commune meeting new rural standards. To date, the commune's poverty rate has decreased to 55 households, accounting for 3.2%, and near-poor households are 85 households.

The work of building the Party, the government, the activities of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations from the commune to the village have been directed with attention. Up to now, the total number of Party cells under the Commune Party Committee is 12 with 255 Party members.

At the ceremony, delegates, party members and people of Cau Loc reviewed the 70-year tradition of building and developing the Party Committee and proposed many solutions to continue building the Party Committee and the homeland of Cau Loc to be increasingly innovative.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Pham Thi Huong, Standing Deputy Secretary of Hau Loc District Party Committee, congratulated and commended the achievements that the Party Committee and people of Cau Loc have achieved over the past 70 years.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee requested the Party Committee and People of Cau Loc Commune to continue promoting the achievements and effectively carry out a number of key tasks in the coming time. That is, to regularly do a good job of building and rectifying the Party and the political system to be truly clean and strong; to constantly improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party committees and organizations at all levels; to maintain discipline and order, to promote the exemplary role and responsibility of the heads of Party committees and authorities; to preserve and consolidate solidarity and unity within the Party Committee.

Take advantage of all resources to effectively promote local potential and advantages, focusing on implementing breakthroughs in "investment in building gradually synchronized socio-economic infrastructure; building rural roads".

Strongly improve the investment and business environment, focusing on administrative reform, combined with strengthening discipline and order for cadres and civil servants in performing their duties and tasks; determined to successfully build advanced new rural communes.

Economic development must go hand in hand with cultural and social development, ensuring social progress and equity. Do a good job of preserving and promoting the cultural identity and fine traditional values ​​of the homeland, such as: Thieu Xa market, wine making in Chi Ne village...

Continue to improve the quality of key education and mass education; effectively implement social security policies, poverty reduction, job creation, improve people's lives, and take care of solving social problems. Ensure political stability, rural security, social order and safety; proactively grasp and forecast the situation early and from afar, promptly handle problems arising in the area...

With a tradition of 70 years of construction and development, Comrade Pham Thi Huong, Standing Deputy Secretary of Hau Loc District Party Committee, believes that the Party Committee and People of Cau Loc will continue to promote the spirit of patriotism, solidarity, creativity, overcome all difficulties, and build an increasingly rich and civilized homeland.

The Fatherland Front of Cau Loc commune has launched an emulation movement, contributing to the successful implementation of the tasks of socio-economic development, building and strengthening national defense and security in the commune.
