In which, the first section of the route from Km0+000 - Km1+000 has a cross-section of 37m wide, the road surface width on each side is 10.5m wide, the median strip is 4m wide, the sidewalk on each side is 6m wide, investing in technical infrastructure works including: Drainage system, trees, lighting.
From Km1+000 to the end of the route, site clearance will be carried out according to the scale of the complete route (12 lanes, 79 m wide cross-section). In the first phase, 6 lanes for motor vehicles will be invested (median strip reserved for 6 lanes and urban light rail for the next phase). The sidewalk is 10 m wide, investing in technical infrastructure works including: Drainage system, trees, lighting...

Investment project to build 2 new reinforced concrete bridges on the route (existing North-South railway overpass at about Km9+150 and North-South expressway overpass).
The project belongs to group A, with a total investment of about 4,712,327 billion VND. The project is located in Binh Thuan ward (Lam Dong). The project implementation period is 5 years, from 2026 - 2030. The investment preparation phase is 2025 to complete investment preparation procedures, and the project is expected to start in 2026.

The Provincial Traffic Project Management Board has completed the bidding process to select a consultant for surveying, site clearance, and preparing a feasibility study report for the project. The consulting unit is implementing the survey, site clearance, and preparing a feasibility study report.
It is expected that the project will complete site clearance work on December 12, 2025 and complete the feasibility study report in December 2025, to submit for appraisal of the feasibility study report.
The project is subject to environmental impact assessment reports and is under the appraisal authority of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment . The Provincial Transport Project Management Board is inviting bids for a consulting package to prepare an environmental impact assessment report, with bid opening on November 21, 2025.
In addition, the 25-hectare resettlement area is being focused on by Construction Investment Management Board No. 2 to promptly respond to the project's resettlement needs.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai directed the Department of Agriculture and Environment to guide the Traffic Project Management Board to complete the environmental impact assessment report before January 15, 2026. At the same time, complete the site clearance work to hand over to the local management. The feasibility study report needs to be reviewed and the implementing unit studied. The site clearance work must be suitable to the current new situation.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Department of Construction and the Construction Investment Management Board No. 2 to review the compensation price list for crops and structures that are not included in the province's regulations. The departments, branches and sectors need to guide Binh Thuan ward to carry out compensation work in the most convenient way for the people.
