On the occasion of the 133rd anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2023), on the morning of May 18, Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son led a delegation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to lay a wreath, visit President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum and offer incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs at the Heroic Martyrs Monument on Bac Son Street.
