Lao Cai: Opening of the 2025 Robotics Innovation Competition

On the morning of October 4, at Lao Cai Canadian International School, Lao Cai Provincial Youth Union coordinated with units to organize the 2025 Robotics Innovation Competition, with the participation of 36 teams from 23 primary and secondary schools in the province.

Attending the event were representatives of the Provincial Youth Union, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the Provincial Vietnam Youth Union and accompanying units, including: Lao Cai Canadian International School, ECOROBO Lao Cai Company Limited, BG STEAM Educational Technology Development Company Limited, Smart Technology Education Joint Stock Company, Stem ROBOTICS ROBOLAB Nghe An Center and Viet Robot Education Company.

According to the competition rules, the teams must program robots to complete tasks on a sand table arranged by the Organizing Committee.

The contest attracted 36 teams from 23 delegations in the province.

The competition has 2 groups R1 and R2, each team goes through 2 rounds to calculate the final score.

Round 1 takes place in the morning, round 2 takes place in the afternoon of October 4.

The closing ceremony and awards ceremony are held after the end of round 2.

The contest is a useful intellectual playground, creating opportunities for students to express their passion for science and technology , while at the same time arousing the creativity, logical thinking, teamwork skills and competitive spirit of the young generation in the digital transformation period.
