Binh Phu Commune Front mobilizes to build 6 new solidarity houses

In the 2019 - 2024 term, Binh Phu Commune Front coordinated with local authorities and member organizations to effectively implement campaigns associated with improving the criteria of new rural communes and model new rural villages.

The Commune Front organizes a dialogue forum with poor households, on that basis, presides over negotiations and assigns tasks to member organizations to help poor and near-poor households escape poverty sustainably. Up to now, the poverty rate of the commune is 3.86%, down 3.04% compared to the beginning of the term.

During the past term, the Commune Front mobilized the construction of 6 new solidarity houses with a total amount of 240 million VND; mobilized more than 126 million VND to serve the prevention of the COVID-19 epidemic.

The Congress elected 39 members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Phu Commune, term XI. Ms. Chau Thi Lan was re-elected as Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the Commune.
