On May 29th, the police in Hoang Mai town ( Nghe An province ) announced that they had verified and handled the case of a young man who was riding a motorbike on one wheel without a helmet on National Highway 1A.
Previously, on May 28th, the Hoang Mai Town Police received information about a young man riding a motorbike on one wheel (doing a wheelie) on National Highway 1A in Quynh Xuan ward, causing outrage among other road users.
Immediately after receiving the information, the unit quickly gathered information, verified it, and identified the driver of the vehicle as HSY (born in 2007, residing in Block 13, Quynh Xuan Ward, Hoang Mai Town).
When summoned to work with the police, HSY stated that he was aware of his wrongdoing and promised not to repeat it.
The traffic police issued an administrative violation report against HSY for the following offenses: driving a two-wheeled vehicle on one wheel; a person aged 16 to under 18 driving a motorcycle with a cylinder capacity of 50cm3 or more; not wearing a helmet while riding a motorcycle; and not having a left rearview mirror. Simultaneously, the authorities temporarily seized the vehicle with license plate 37L1-794.49.
To prevent traffic violations among young people, local police will intensify efforts to handle cases of frequent violations.
