Attendees at the workshop received information from the Department of Broadcasting, Television and Electronic Information ( Ministry of Information and Communications ) on the activities of the broadcasting sector; listened to speakers present on the viewing trends of Vietnamese audiences and television advertising trends in Vietnam, and on audience measurement in the digital media age.

Simultaneously, discussions will be held on issues related to economic and technical standards, unit prices, and mechanisms for ordering public services using state budget funds, thereby finding solutions to overcome difficulties for radio and television stations.
After listening to the suggestions and proposals at the workshop, Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Thanh Lam affirmed that the Ministry will incorporate the suggestions, develop specific plans to report to the Government , amend relevant documents, and issue new policies. This will positively innovate state management of broadcasting, aiming to create momentum for the sustainable development of radio and television stations and OTT television businesses.
