On February 24th, many Da Nang residents were surprised by the long queues of people "hunting" for tickets to the film "Dao, Pho and Piano" at Le Do Cinema (46 Tran Phu Street, Hai Chau District).
According to information on the Le Do cinema's website, the film "Dao, Pho and Piano" officially premiered at this cinema on February 25th. There are four screenings daily, at 12:00 PM, 2:30 PM, 5:00 PM, and 7:30 PM.

According to Tuoi Tre Online , this morning a large crowd lined up to buy tickets for the film screenings on February 25th.
Under the sweltering sun, many young people lined up for hours waiting for their turn to buy tickets. The line continued until 3 PM this afternoon.
At noon on February 24th, Nguyen Thi Mai Hue, a student at Da Nang University of Architecture, said that she had been queuing for an hour and a half but it was still not her turn to buy tickets.
Hue said that after seeing many viewers' posts on social media, she decided she had to "hunt" for movie tickets.
"I'm very curious about films with national historical elements. I also want to take this opportunity to support state-funded films so that there will be more investment in the future to make more quality films," Huệ said.
The majority of those queuing for tickets were young fans supporting the film. This was quite surprising at the Le Do cinema, which is state-owned.
Over the past few days, after reading many articles introducing the film, Nguyen Dinh Hoang (22 years old, a student at Duy Tan University) also searched for and watched the trailer.
Hoang commented that very few historical films in Vietnam have achieved such a massive viewership as this one.
"The fact that many people are scrambling to get tickets to see the film also shows the effectiveness of the film's promotion and introduction. I see many young people who love history and historical films if the films are of good quality," Hoang said.

The movie craze: Peach, Pho, and Piano during Tet.
As part of the pilot project to popularize state-commissioned films by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, " Peach, Pho and Piano" was released at the National Film Center from the first day of Tet (February 10) as a "test" to gauge audience reaction to state-commissioned films. This is a film screening venue under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism .
Although the film premiered on the first day of the Lunar New Year, screenings were limited to the National Film Center in Hanoi. After 10 days of release, the film received special attention from audiences who love cinema and Vietnamese history.
