In the important solutions to concretize the 2023 theme of studying and following Uncle Ho of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Phu Ninh District Party Standing Committee focused on directing the handling and resolution of long-standing problems in the district.

In particular, focus on directing the implementation of Conclusion No. 84, dated April 19, 2023 of Phu Ninh District Party Committee on strengthening investment and basic construction management; Conclusion No. 85, dated May 19, 2023 of the District Party Committee on strengthening state management of land, construction order, mineral resources, environment and resolving existing and outstanding related issues.

Notably, Phu Ninh focuses on promoting the exemplary role of leaders of Party committees and authorities at all levels by strengthening dialogue between leaders of Party committees and authorities and the people.

Specifically, the District Party Secretary and Chairman of the District People's Committee organized 14 dialogues with the people, focusing on a number of issues such as: dialogues with households implementing the State and people's policy of working together in rural traffic construction in Tam Dai commune; affected by the project to build a district training ground in Tan Quy village (Tam Vinh commune).

Or dialogues with cadres, party members and people on the field of new rural construction in Tam Phuoc and Tam Thai communes. In addition, the heads of the Party committees and authorities directly dialogued with farmers, youth and women on the issue of starting a business...

According to Ms. Bui Thi Kim Hoang - Deputy Head of the People's Mobilization Committee of Phu Ninh District Party Committee, the location and target audience for the dialogue are residential areas, especially places with prominent issues, where complicated incidents are likely to arise.

Through the dialogue, hundreds of opinions and recommendations were recorded by the leaders of the Party Committee and the district government, and were directly explained at the conference for people to understand. At the same time, the district's professional agencies were assigned to receive, study and advise on solutions, creating consensus among the people.

As a spread, the heads of Party committees and commune-level authorities in the district also focus on organizing dialogues with the people.

Mr. Tran Van Du - Chairman of Tam An Commune People's Committee said that dialogue with people is considered an important political task of the locality in implementing the construction of new rural communes and villages.

Through dialogue, it has contributed to raising people's awareness of their responsibility to build their homeland, especially implementing environmental criteria, traffic, and household gardens.

In 2023, 12 households registered to renovate model gardens and arrange mixed gardens; donated over ^500m2 of land, dismantled structures, and participated in hundreds of laborers to complete 6 rural traffic routes...
