The 2025 Hai Duong Province Propaganda Painting Contest and News and Art Photography Contest are organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with the Hai Duong Province Literature and Arts Association.
The authors selected propaganda content to celebrate major holidays and important political events of the country and the province in 2025; propaganda for Party Congresses at all levels; the 18th Hai Duong Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030; reflect achievements in all fields of the province; honor traditional cultural values, good customs and practices of the Vietnamese people; promote patriotic emulation movements; carry out the task of building and protecting the Fatherland and islands; determined to strive to successfully implement the planning of Hai Duong province for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050; promote the image and economic and cultural potential of Hai Duong land and people...
For the Propaganda Painting Competition, the Organizing Committee will accept entries from April 1-10. From April 12-15, the selection and judging will be held. It is expected that the exhibition and award ceremony will be held at the end of April 2025.
For the News and Art Photography Contest, the time to receive entries is from July 21 to August 1. From August 4 to 6, the selection and judging will be held. It is expected that the exhibition and award ceremony will be held at the end of August.
Contestants are Vietnamese citizens living and working in and outside the country.
Contest entries should be sent to the Propaganda and Promotion Department, Hai Duong Provincial Cultural and Art Center (Exhibition Hall, No. 109, Pham Ngu Lao Street, Le Thanh Nghi Ward, Hai Duong City).
