Picked up a wallet with assets worth 500 million VND, male engineer found the owner to return it

While on his way home from work, a male engineer in Quang Ngai found a wallet containing valuables and immediately went to the police station to ask for help in finding the owner so he could return it.

On December 19th, the Nguyen Nghiem Ward Police (Quang Ngai City) reported that a man had come to the police station to ask for help in finding the owner of a lost wallet containing assets worth 500 million VND.

Earlier, on the afternoon of December 18th, Mr. Ta Cong Duy (35 years old, residing in Group 3, Nghia Lo Ward, Quang Ngai City), a construction engineer at the Quang Ngai Construction Planning and Quality Inspection Center, found a leather wallet while returning home from work on Quang Trung Street (Nguyen Nghiem Ward).

Inside the wallet were assets and savings passbooks, with a total value of approximately 500 million VND.

Shortly afterward, Duy went to the Nguyen Nghiem Ward Police Station to report the incident and ask for assistance in finding the person who lost the item so he could return it.

Upon verification, the ward police contacted Ms. Ho Thi Qui Trach (32 years old, residing in Le Hong Phong ward, Quang Ngai city), the owner of the wallet.

At the police station, Ms. Trach expressed her deep gratitude to Mr. Duy and the police force of Nguyen Nghiem ward for their support and assistance in helping her recover her lost property.
