Phu Yen province is organizing many activities towards the 60th anniversary of Vung Ro Wharf receiving the first shipment of No-numbered Ships supplying weapons from the North to the battlefield of Zone V (November 28, 1964 - November 28, 2024).

The People's Committee of Dong Hoa town has invested over 14.5 billion VND to implement the project "Construction of essential infrastructure for the historical relic site of the Vung Ro Ship Without Number". Many items have been renovated, embellished and newly built, and have now been basically completed.

During this period, the Departmentof Education and Training of Phu Yen directed its affiliated units and schools to organize extracurricular activities and historical talks about Vung Ro Wharf and the Ship Without Number; Phu Yen Provincial Youth Union organized a program to return to the source with the theme "Vung Ro - Youthful Spirit" with meaningful traditional education contents such as talks with historical witnesses of Vung Ro Wharf - Ship Without Number, offering incense and flowers at the Relic Site and organizing gift giving and gratitude to former sailors of the Ship Without Number, children of policy families, and relatives of naval officers and soldiers.

At the Provincial Museum from November 22 to December 31, 2024, there will also be a thematic exhibition "Vung Ro Wharf and the activities of receiving support from the Ships Without Numbers", introducing 92 images, 2 maps, 7 documents, 5 lists, 5 excerpts, systematically arranged in chronological order, reflecting the true history. In addition, the exhibition also introduces 40 artifacts of many types such as: measuring tools, drawing, determining the location and direction on the journey of the captain of the Ship Without Numbers,...
