State Bank, Region 10 Branch, announces the recruitment of Labor Contracts according to Decree No. 111/2022/ND-CP for security guards as follows:

1. Position and number of vacancies:

- Position: Security guard

- Quantity: 02

2. Standards and conditions for registration

2.1. People who meet the following conditions, regardless of ethnicity, social status, belief or religion, can register for the recruitment:

- Has one nationality, Vietnamese nationality.

- Male: 18 years of age or older and not older than 35 years of age

- Have a clear background; good political and moral qualities, healthy enough to perform the duties.

- Have a high school diploma or higher.

- Have a certificate of security training issued by a competent authority with a validity of no more than 05 years from the date of issue (except for those who have a secondary degree in bodyguard, security, police, security, or military ).

2.2. The following persons are not allowed to register:

- Not residing in Vietnam

- Loss or limited civil capacity, people with difficulty in perception and behavior control.

- Being prosecuted for criminal liability, serving a criminal sentence or decision of the Court; being subject to administrative measures such as being sent to a compulsory drug rehabilitation facility, compulsory education facility, or reformatory school.

3. Priority in recruitment

Subjects and priority points in labor contract recruitment are implemented according to the provisions of Article 6, Section 1, Chapter II of Decree No. 170/2025/ND-CP dated June 30, 2025 of the Government regulating the recruitment, use and management of civil servants, specifically as follows:

“1. Subjects and priorities:

a) Armed Forces Heroes, Labor Heroes, war invalids, people enjoying policies like war invalids, war invalids of type B: 7.5 points will be added to the exam results or professional assessment;

b) Ethnic minorities, military officers, police officers, demobilized professional soldiers, people working in secretarial work who have changed careers, graduates of reserve officer training, graduates of training for commanders of commune-level military commands of basic military branches who have been awarded the rank of reserve officer and have registered for the reserve officer rank, children of martyrs, children of wounded soldiers, children of sick soldiers, children of people enjoying policies like wounded soldiers, children of type B wounded soldiers, biological children of resistance fighters infected with toxic chemicals, children of Armed Forces Heroes, children of Labor Heroes: 5 points will be added to the exam results or professional assessment;

c) People who have completed military service, public security service, or youth volunteer team members: 2.5 points will be added to the exam results or professional assessment;

d) Trade union officials who have grown up from the grassroots level, in the workers' movement according to regulations of competent authorities: 1.5 points will be added to the exam results or professional assessment;

2. In case an applicant or candidate falls under multiple priority categories specified in Clause 1 of this Article, only the highest priority point will be added to the exam score or professional qualification assessment result.

4. Application form HERE

- Application form (according to form No. 01 issued with Decree No. 170/2025/ND-CP dated June 30, 2025 of the Government).

- Copies: birth certificate; diplomas, certificates, transcripts of academic results; certificates of priority in recruitment (if any).

- CV with 4x6 cm photo, stamped and certified by a competent authority within 30 days from the date of application submission.

- Health certificate with conclusion of good health issued by a competent health authority within 12 months from the date of application submission.

- 02 color photos 4x6 cm taken within 06 months from the date of application, write full name, date of birth on the back of the photos; 02 stamped envelopes, write full name, address, recipient's phone number, and contact email.

5. Recruitment content

- Labor contract recruitment exam: Paper-based test combined with interview.

- Exam content:

+ Multiple choice test: 50 questions related to knowledge about the State Bank of Vietnam, the State Bank Branch in Region 10, job positions and other knowledge (if necessary) to assess the candidate's capacity.

Exam time: 50 minutes. Score: 100 points.

+ Interview: about career orientation and skills, strengths, situation handling and other knowledge of the candidate.

Exam time: 15 minutes/1 candidate. Score: 100 points.

* Note: Multiple choice test and interview results are not reviewed.

6. Time, place for receiving application documents and application fees

- Time for receiving documents: from December 8, 2025 to December 22, 2025 (from Monday to Friday: morning from 8:00 to 11:00, afternoon from 13:30 to 16:30).
